Eric is a disciple of Craig Harmon the brother of famous instructor Butch Harmon and son of 1948 Masters Champion Claude Harmon. Eric worked at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, NY where Craig Harmon was the PGA Head Professional. Having worked alongside the Harmon family for more than a decade, Eric has developed a keen understanding of cause and effect. Eric has been recognized as the 2019 Northeastern New York PGA Teacher of the Year and is an accomplished player in both the amateur and professional ranks. Eric believes playing the game at a high level is an important skill for any instructor and prides himself on his ability to compete and win in the professional ranks. His students abilities range from aspiring mini-tour players, active club members, beginners and juniors. Together you and Eric will define your goals, identify your capabilities/limitations, diagnose the error/s, build a plan for improvement and check in on your progress as often as needed. The goal of Eric’s instruction is to give you the tools necessary to improve without his supervision.
